Compact DC 12V digital thermostat controller with a 7-segment red LED display and precise NTC temperature sensing. The XH-W1209 supports ON/OFF temperature control with high resolution and configurable protection and limits, suitable for heating and cooling applications.

Operation

After connecting power and load the display shows the current temperature. Press SET to enter temperature set mode; adjust with + or - then press SET to confirm. The controller runs an automatic relay test on exit; the red LED indicates relay ON (LED lit) or OFF (LED unlit). Display codes: "888" indicates sensor open or not connected, "HH" indicates temperature out of range, and "---" indicates high temperature protection has activated.

Parameter settings

Hold SET for 5 seconds to enter the main menu and navigate P0–P8 with +/-. Important parameters include P0 (C/H mode), P1 (hysteresis 0.1–15°C), P2/P3 (upper/lower limits), P4 (error correction), P5 (delay start), P6 (high temp alarm), P7 (max temp disconnect) and P8 (reset options).
