Pure sine wave Inverter driver board EG8010 + Display

This Pure sine wave inverter driver board EG8010 + Display delivers precise 50/60Hz output generation with onboard display and configurable control. The board uses a 12MHz crystal for accurate frequency stability and generates true AC waveform using SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) with dead-time control to minimize switching loss and improve device protection.

Dead-time is selectable across four discrete options—300ns, 500ns, 1µs and 1.5µs—allowing tuning for different MOSFET/IGBT gate characteristics and operating conditions. The driver supports both unipolar and bipolar modulation schemes to accommodate various inverter topologies and performance requirements.

Integrated real-time feedback monitors voltage, current and temperature so the controller can respond to operating conditions. Configuration and parameter adjustment are available through a serial RS232 interface, enabling precise setting of output voltage and frequency. The included 128x32 graphic display shows instantaneous readouts of output voltage, frequency, temperature and current for clear monitoring during testing and operation.
