The FNIRSI® SAG-55 Intelligent Hot Air Gun is a portable, smart hot air station engineered for professional electronics rework and precision DIY soldering tasks. It integrates a microcontroller with PID temperature control to achieve rapid, stable heating while minimizing thermal shock to the heating element. A built-in brushless fan offers quiet, long-life operation with linear airflow adjustment across 20 levels for precise desoldering and component heating.

Ergonomic design and intuitive controls make the SAG-55 easy to operate one-handed: the handle houses a magnetic sensor that automatically enters a smart sleep mode when placed down and wakes when picked up. The handle-mounted controller and 1.54-inch LCD (240×240) display allow quick adjustments of temperature and airflow, and three user presets store preferred temperature/airflow combinations for fast switching. A dedicated cold-air mode accelerates cooling to protect the heating core, while a fast-cool function shortens cooling time to extend component life.
