Overview

The Fnirsi DSO-TC4 is a portable 3-in-1 instrument combining a digital oscilloscope, multitester (component tester/LCR), and signal generator. It is designed for hobbyists and home labs where versatility and portability matter more than laboratory-grade precision. The unit features a 2.8" TFT colour display, an MCX input connector, and a rechargeable 1500 mAh battery charged via USB-C. Measurements and screenshots can be shared when the device is connected to a PC via USB-C.

Oscilloscope

The oscilloscope provides a real-time sample rate of 48 MSa/s and a bandwidth of 10 MHz. The input voltage range is 0–400 V AC/DC, with a manufacturer recommendation to measure up to 40 V AC/DC for safety. Waveforms are displayed directly on the 2.8" screen without additional adjustments.

Multitester and Signal Generator

The multitester functions include component testing for resistors, capacitors, inductors and transistors, resistance measurement from 0.01 Ω to 50 MΩ, capacitance from 25 pF to 1000 μF, and inductance from 10 μH to 1000 μH. The built-in signal generator outputs 13 major waveforms (including square, triangle, pulse, sine, ramp and DC) with adjustable frequency from 0 to 50 kHz and an adjustable amplitude up to 3.0 V.
