Performance and sampling The DSO138 features a maximum real-time sampling rate of 1Msps and 12‑bit sampling accuracy, providing precise digitization within its sampling buffer depth of 1024 bytes. It delivers reliable single‑channel waveform capture through automatic, normal and one‑shot acquisition modes for flexible signal observation.
Bandwidth and timebase Analog bandwidth covers 0 to 200 kHz, and the horizontal time base spans from 10 μs/div to 50 s/div in a 1‑2‑5 progressive sequence, enabling both fast transient and slow signal measurements.
Vertical input and coupling Vertical sensitivity is adjustable from 10 mV/div to 5 V/div in a 1‑2‑5 progression, and vertical displacement is user adjustable with on‑screen guidance. Input impedance is 1 MΩ. Coupling options include DC, AC and GND to match measurement requirements. Maximum input voltage is 50 Vpp with a 1:1 probe and 400 Vpp with a 10:1 probe.
Triggering and display functions Trigger functionality supports rising or falling edge selection, adjustable trigger level position with guidance, and observable pre‑trigger waveform (negative delay). The oscilloscope can freeze display at any time with a HOLD function, and it provides a 1 Hz / 3.3 V square wave test signal as a reference source.
