The Arduino UNO R4 Minima is a compact development board featuring the Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller with an Arm® Cortex®-M4 core. It offers a modern USB-C® programming interface and a familiar UNO pinout suited for prototypes, education, and embedded projects.
Key features include 14 digital I/O pins, 6 analog inputs, 6 PWM pins and a single on-board DAC. Communication peripherals comprise one UART, one I2C, one SPI and one CAN bus. The main core runs at 48 MHz and the RA4M1 provides 256 kB Flash and 32 kB RAM.
Power specifications: the board operates at 5 V, accepts an input VIN range of 6–24 V, and supports a DC current of 8 mA per I/O pin. Physical dimensions are 68.85 mm wide by 53.34 mm long, making the board compatible with standard UNO form-factor layouts.
