The TDS Sensor Meter V1.0 Board Module measures Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) — the milligrams of soluble solids per liter of water — and reports the result in PPM (parts per million). Higher TDS values indicate more dissolved solids and reduced water cleanliness, so TDS readings provide a practical reference for assessing water quality. This kit enables development of custom measurement, data collection and transmission systems, and can be integrated into automated water treatment cycles where TDS is a control parameter. The included TDS probe is waterproof and suitable for long-term immersion; the signal transmitter board is not waterproof and must remain protected from moisture.
