This Pure sine wave inverter driver board EG8010 + Display delivers precise 50/60Hz output generation with onboard display and configurable control. The board uses a 12MHz crystal for accurate frequency stability and generates true AC waveform using SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) with dead-time control to minimize switching loss and improve device protection. Dead-time is selectable across four discrete options—300ns, 500ns, 1µs and 1.5µs—allowing tuning for different MOSFET/IGBT gate characteristics and operating conditions. The driver supports both unipolar and bipolar modulation schemes to accommodate various inverter topologies and performance requirements. Integrated real-time feedback monitors voltage, current and temperature so the controller can respond to operating conditions. Configuration and parameter adjustment are available through a serial RS232 interface, enabling precise setting of output voltage and frequency.
